Our e-signature portal allows authorized parties to review and sign agreements electronically. By signing an agreement through our portal:

Access to agreements is controlled by unique, single-use tokens. Do not share your agreement link with unauthorized parties.

Technical content (including code examples, server configuration guides, and tool recommendations) is provided as-is. We sell self-hosted software products through this Site. The following terms apply to all product purchases.

License Grant

When you purchase a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to install and use the software according to the license tier you purchased:

• Single license: Use on one domain or installation.
• 3-Pack license: Use on up to three domains or installations.
• Unlimited license: Use on any number of domains or installations for your own projects or clients. You may not redistribute the software itself.
• Enterprise / White-label license: Use on any number of domains or installations. You may rebrand the software and market it as your own product. Redistribution rights are included.

All license tiers include use on development, staging, and production environments. A "domain" refers to a distinct public-facing deployment.

One-Time Purchase

All products are sold as a one-time purchase. Once you complete your purchase, you will not be charged again by us for the same product. There are no subscription fees, recurring charges, or per-transaction fees from TwelveTake Studios.

Updates & Support

Your purchase includes software updates and support while we are actively maintaining the product. We make reasonable efforts to continue maintaining our products, but we cannot guarantee updates or support for any specific period of time. If a product reaches end-of-life, we will provide advance notice and your existing installation will continue to function indefinitely.

"Support" means assistance with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the software via email. It does not include custom development, server administration, or modifications beyond the scope of the product's documented features.

Ownership & Restrictions

The software runs on your server and you own your installation. If TwelveTake Studios ceases operations, your software continues to function. The software requires a one-time activation to validate your license key. After activation, the software operates independently.

Unless you hold an Enterprise / White-label license, you may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the software to third parties. You may not remove or alter license validation mechanisms.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all product purchases. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Features & Pricing

All product features and pricing displayed on this Site are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify features, pricing, and availability at any time. Changes apply to future purchases only and do not affect existing licenses.

TwelveTake Studios LLC owns all rights in the Site, including the design, code, text, images, logos, and branding. The TwelveTake name and logo are trademarks of TwelveTake Studios LLC.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content on this Site without our written permission, except for:

• Personal, non-commercial use (e.g., bookmarking, printing for reference)
