Contact form submissions: When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), service interest, contact preference, and message. We use this only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to any marketing list.

E-signature portal: When you sign an agreement through our electronic signature system, we collect your full legal name, title, email address, IP address, browser information (user agent), and the date and time of your signature. This data is collected to create a legally binding electronic signature under the ESIGN Act and Pennsylvania UETA. A signed PDF is generated and emailed to both parties. This data is retained as part of the executed agreement record.

Analytics: We do not currently run any analytics on this website. If we add analytics in the future, we will use a self-hosted, privacy-respecting solution and update this policy accordingly.

Fonts: This site uses the Inter typeface, which is self-hosted on our own servers. No requests are made to Google or any other third party to load fonts. Your IP address is not transmitted to any font provider.

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts (like Google Analytics). We do not build visitor profiles, run retargeting campaigns, or sell any data.

Some pages on this website contain affiliate links to third-party services we use and recommend. If you purchase through these links, we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate links are clearly labeled on the pages where they appear.

Our recommendations are based on our own experience using these services. We only recommend products and providers we actually use in our own infrastructure. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content or product recommendations.

This website does not set any cookies. Our analytics solution is cookieless. We have no login system, no session management, and no tracking that requires cookies.

Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies for security or abuse prevention. These are not used for tracking or advertising.

If we add cookies in the future (for example, for a client portal or newsletter preference), we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice and consent mechanisms.

We use the following service providers to operate this website. This is the complete list — we do not share your data with any party not listed here.

Email is delivered from our own mail server — we do not use a third-party email relay. Recipients' email providers process delivery under their own policies.

Contact form submissions: We retain contact form data for as long as needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry. You may request deletion at any time.

E-signature records: Signed agreements, audit logs, and generated PDFs are retained indefinitely as legal records of executed contracts. IP addresses in downloadable PDFs are partially redacted (last octet removed) to balance legal requirements with privacy.

Server logs: Web server access and error logs are retained for up to 90 days for debugging and security monitoring, then deleted.

We provide software development and web design services to business clients. In the course of this work, we may host client websites or have access to data belonging to our clients and their users.

Client data is handled under the terms of our agreements with each client. We do not use client data for our own purposes, share it with third parties, or retain it beyond the scope of the engagement. Client data handling is governed by individual service agreements, not this website privacy policy.

If you are a user of a website or application we built or host for a client, that client's privacy policy governs how your data is handled — not this one.

We develop and operate our own software products. Each product has its own privacy policy that covers data collection specific to that product. This policy covers only the twelvetake.com website.

All data collected through this website is stored on our own servers hosted by Nixihost in Houston, Texas. We do not use third-party cloud services to store your data from this website.

E-signature data (databases and PDFs) is stored in a private directory outside the web root, inaccessible via direct HTTP requests.

All connections to this website are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

Our legal basis for processing your data is legitimate interest (responding to your inquiry when you contact us) and contract performance (executing agreements through our e-signature portal). You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We do not sell your personal information. We have never sold personal information. We have no plans to sell personal information. If our practices ever change, we will update this policy and provide a mechanism to opt out.

This website is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "last updated" date at the top. For significant changes that affect how we handle data, we will post a notice on this website.
