With Sequential Order Numbers for WooCommerce by TwelveTake Studios, you can start counting at 1001, put your initials or the year in front, and keep wholesale orders in a series of their own.
Customers see it on everything you send
Your order number is on the confirmation email, the packing slip and the invoice. When a customer calls about an order, it's the first thing they read out to you. It should look like it came from your store.
Choose the number you start from and how many digits it has, then add your initials, the year or the month in front. If you keep your books by calendar year, the count can start over each January.
Wholesale accounts can have a prefix of their own, and so can overseas orders, a product line or a payment method. You can tell what kind of order it is from the number.
If you're moving from one of the popular order number plugins, your orders keep the numbers it gave them and new orders carry on from where it stopped. If you've never used custom numbers, you can number the orders you already have, oldest first.
