On a Mac, use Command for Ctrl and Option for Alt.
Shift-click selects a run of pages, and Ctrl-click or Command-click adds or removes one. Drag to move the selected pages. Double-click a page, or use the magnifier button, to see it larger.
On a touch screen, tap pages to select them, and hold a page for a moment before dragging it.
Each page keeps its text, images and drawings, along with links to websites. A link from one page to another stays when both pages are in the file. Bookmarks and fillable form fields are not carried over.
Encrypted PDFs can't be changed here, including ones that open without a password but restrict editing.
